Gamers Factory Trade-In Shipping Reimbursement
Gamers Factory will reimburse first time traders 100% of their shipping costs when a receipt for
"reasonable shipping costs" is included in your package. We will reimburse repeat trading customers
50% of their shipping costs when a receipt is included in your package. Note: We must receive a
receipt in your package for you to receive reimbursement credits.
What is a reasonable shipping cost? That usually means you used US Post Office priority mail shipping,
with package confirmation. If you use UPS, Fed Ex, or DHL, we will use the Post Office Calculator in most
cases to calculate a reasonable shipping cost.
