Step 1: Complete our repair form. It's simple, just download and print the attached PDF Form and fill it out completely. We'll ask you for a description of the problem, your return address and contact information; you know the kind of information required for us to diagnose your game system and call or email you back with a repair quote. WE WILL ALWAYS CONTACT YOU WITH A REPAIR QUOTE AND GET YOUR PERMISSION TO REPAIR THE SYSTEM!
Step 2: Ship us your broken game system WITH the completed form inside your box!
Step 3: One of our Gamers Factory repair technicians will contact you once we discover why your system isn’t working properly. During the call we’ll describe in detail what issues we see, and what parts if any are required to repair the system. We'll give you a final cost for repair, and break out shipping costs to you as well. At the end of the call or email process we’ll get your permission to repair your game system. After that it is all up to us.
Step 4: Process payment for your repair. We'll give you options for paying for your repair, which will include pay pal, credit card, money order, check, or COD payments.
Step 5: We’ll ship your working system back! Inside the box we’ll put whatever used broken parts we had to replace inside, so you can be sure we completed the work we outlined to you when we contacted you.
