If your discs are not being read by your hardware, these repairs are often very straightforward. We charge $1.50 per disc, and in most cases we can return your disc to the original glassy polished surface. It is this smooth polished surface that provides the best opportunity for your disc to be read by the optical laser.
How Will This Service Work?
There are 5 easy steps to getting your game system repaired:
Step 1: Complete our repair form. It's simple, just download and print the attached PDF Form and fill it out completely. We'll ask you to list each disc and provide a description of the problem. We'll ask for your return address and contact information; you know the kind of information required for us to diagnose your discs and call or email you back with any questions we might have.
Step 2: Ship us your non working discs WITH the completed form inside your box!
Step 3: We'll repair every disc we can. Our repair technicians will test each of your disc and provide a detail explanation if for some reason one of your discs was too badly damaged to work properly.
Step 4: We'll process payment for your disc repairs. We only charge you for repaired/working discs. We'll give you options for paying for your repair, which will include pay pal, credit card, money order, check, or COD payments.
Step 5: We'll ship your repaired discs back
