Gamers Factory, Inc. reached out to millions of consumers tired of paying full price for video game software, hardware, and accessories by launching www.gamersfactory.com in October. The website gives consumers access to the companies broad used video game inventory that reaches across old and next generation platforms.

The web development effort represents Gamers Factory's aggressive push towards selling quality used video game products directly to consumers. According to Todd Hays, Founder, the new website is just the second phase of a long list of web concepts being rolled out by his company. "Soon, you will see a revamping of our trading site at www.gamersfactoryonline.com, launching a business to business site allowing small store owners and distributors to access our vast library of used products, and bolt on community sites that expand our reach to Facebook and MySpace users", said Todd. "We're very excited about our position in the video game business right now".

A trip to Gamestop confirmed that gamers should be wary of the many gimmicks thrown at them by mall based retailers. The store manager at Gamestop turned down our offer to trade an Xbox 360 Gears of War Game stating, "Sorry we're overstocked on that game, we're only offering $12.00 on store credit". This seemed strange considering that the game was selling for $39.99 new right next to us, and there was not a used copy of the game displayed anywhere. Similar statements were heard at EB and Game Station, other popular video game retailers in the area that buy, sell, and trade used video games.

Our hunt for fairness continued online where we visited some of the best known websites offering to buy used games from consumers. Several online companies were offering $18.00 to $21.50 for our Gears of War game, while the new website service recently launched at www.gamersfactory.com offered $23.00 with no mention of store credit required.

Shane Crowley, an avid PS3 gamer leaving the Gamestop store said, "Every time I come in here they try to pluck my games from me for practically nothing. Most of the time I'm offered such a small amount of store credit that it isn't even worth trading my games. If I knew about an online web service offering check or pay pal payments for my games at higher prices, I would have used them in a heart beat".

Students in Happy Valley, PA have more to be happy about these days. Their football team is showing promise for the 2007/2008 season, and a new website service launched by Gamers Factory Inc. is helping students pay for the increasing costs of their education. Ray Carousel, a sophomore at PSU struggling to pay for school couldn't believe how much the web service offered for his old dusty Nintendo Game Cube system and video games. "A friend of mine sent me the link, and in less than five minutes I discovered that my game collection was worth $246.00", he said excitedly. "I don't even play Nintendo Game Cube anymore", he boasted with a relieved smile on his face.

Gamers Factory Inc. is an up and coming player in the used video game industry. Established in 2001, they have aggressively offered the highest prices in the industry for used video game systems, game software, and accessories. Their easy to navigate website at www.gamersfactory.com is simple and fast at converting your video game 'stuff' into money. They send you a check or payment via pay pal quickly, and a company spokesman confirmed that other forms of payment are on the way. "Soon you'll be able to trade your collection for cash, new video games, or even great products like new music or movies", said Todd Hays, President. "We're excited to see our service growing because it's a win-win for everyone".

Gamers Factory, Inc. launched its new site www.gamersfactoryonline.com in January, giving consumers the opportunity to trade their unwanted video game software, accessories, and hardware for always needed cash. The website uses the companies proprietary pricing engine to offer fair and compelling prices for old and new video games.

Consumers can navigate quickly and build a shopping cart containing a list of the games they want to trade. The website will take the consumer through a few short steps ultimately producing a packing totaling their trade, and provides two quick and easy forms of payment – pay pal or check.
