Delivery Timing
All items are shipped within one business day following order receipt via UPS or U.S. Postal Service depending on the
location. Please allow at least 3-7 business days to receive your shipment. If you have not received your order within
7 business days please contact customer service via our contact us form.
Please Note: If you place an order on Friday then it will not be processed and shipped until the following Monday, which
is the next business day.
Delivery Locations
We are a big fan of the United States military, so we ship to APO/FPO boxes, as well as any location inside the United States and Canada.
Gamers Factory - Return Policy
Un-Opened Video Games
You may return shrink wrapped unopened video games sold and fulfilled by GamersFactory.com within 30
days of delivery for a full no questions asked refund. Games must be returned in their original product
packaging. Gamers Factory will not pay for return shipping costs unless there was an error made on your
order. If you believe an error was made, you must contact us beforehand
and receive authorization for a full refund including shipping cost reimbursement.

Video Games Not Working Properly
Gamers Factory puts every pre-owned video game through testing and inspection prior to shipping to insure that
your video game performs properly. If you believe Gamers Factory shipped you a video game that is not working
properly, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Our
customer service technicians will assist you and give authorization for your return and/or refund after reviewing
details with you.
Games Opened or More Than 30 Days Old
Gamers Factory will not give Full Refunds for opened video games or for orders delivered more than 30 days ago.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued. To calculate the partial refund amount:
- Any un-opened video game item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 75% of item's price
- Any game that has obvious signs of use: 50% of item's price
- Any game that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap): 50% of item's price
- Any game that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item's price

If you purchased a video game from Gamers Factory, Inc. or any other retail outlet, please visit
www.gamersfactory.com/trading/ to see what the current value of your game is. Gamers Factory wants to purchase
your used video games and game systems. It's easy, fast, and secure.
How long does it take to receive my refund?
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund within four
weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This
time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time
it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes for your bank to
process our refund request.
